Wil began his online career with CBS Radio, overseeing and creating promotional media, websites and web ads. In 2004 Wil began working for the Emmy award winning Peppers.TV as their Sr. Creative Director and Editor where he received Award of Excellence Tellys for his animated graphic designs for “City Beat”, “3rd Alarm” and the acclaimed "Prisons Under Pressure" broadcast programs. In 2009 he started his own studio, The Pear Lab, as a freelance Creative Director specializing in social, CMS and video centric web design. (Wil's Twitter)
